Salem Stake Relief Society Event

Dear Fellow Saints in Our Savior Jesus Christ,

Has there ever been a time in your life when you felt at the end of your spiritual lifeline? That the burdens you'd been given to bear exceeded your capacity to carry-grinding you to dust, eroding your resolve to remain strong and faithful, leaving you exposed to "shafts in the whirlwind," aka, the perils of mortality—including the disdain, disparagement, and the darkness of the adversary?

Sisters, we know that many of us carry untold burdens of varying degrees of pain, sorrow, loss, illness, disappointment, and disconnection. We also know that "we are commanded to share His light... to keep your lamp trimmed and burning bright. When we share our light we bring the relief of Jesus Christ to others, our conversion to Him is deepened, and we can be whole even while we wait for healing. We invite you to experience that joy, to be inspired, and to feel connected to other women of faith. Not perfect women, but individuals striving to be perfected (or complete) and spiritually whole in Jesus Christ while navigating this experience we call life.

Please join us for our Salem Oregon Stake Relief Society event on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Salem Oregon Stake Center.

Lunch to follow chapel session. Please make childcare arrangements for that day.

Bring a friend, a neighbor, and any sister you love and recognize and needs lifting up. This is what we do when we are converted: We strengthen one another because we love God and our neighbor. It's who we are as disciples of Jesus Christ.
